Email templates is a fast and easy way to send emails to students, guardians and site facilitators using GeniusSIS. We will be rolling out more templates as time moves on.

This tutorial focuses on sending the post-2nd-week inactivity warning.

1. Click on the students tab.

2.Click on a student name.

3. Under actions, click on "send email."

4. Choose the email template if your choice. In this case, we are choosing the "Semester Concern Email."

5. Be sure to choose the correct options, check the text of the email, and press send.
